    Upgrade SSL version of Python 3.4.4??

    I have a Windows version of Python 3.4.4 installed (basically from the Windows Installer). If I check the SSL version:

    import ssl
    print(ssl.OPENSSL_VERSION)

    it reports 'OpenSSL 1.0.2d 9 Jul 2015'.

    I need to update this to 'OpenSSL 1.0.2h 3 May 2016'. Does anyone know how to do this easily? I need to stay with version 3.4.4 (Windows and Linux version) and really don't want to get into compiling the source code. Seems this should be an easy process.

    Thanks.

    you could try via the command line something like - python pip install openssl --upgrade
