    Hey SIR SLASH,

Do I understand you correctly that you have 100 people on board for this project?

Hi Mike, i use to be an operations manager for a major gaming website. My 100 staff consist of Admins, referee, etc. I aim to increase those numbers upto roughly 300 within the next few months once our website beta is complete. To be honest me and my colleagues are just sick and tired of all these gaming websites who are so full of themselves. We dislike the way other websites conduct themselves. We have a unique plain to dominate the industry. The last site i worked for, our rival's tried to hack our systems. But im one of those guy's who won't stop until the site works. But my record for helping a newly founded gaming website was getting 30 members a day to signup.

    SIR SLASH,

Here is what really doesn't add up though: If you are offering the potential coder alone a 15% stake, how will you compensate the other 300 people?
