    New Web SERVICE

I have an idea for a new web service for schools, and I will not go into detail or give away the idea, but I've talked to some people and it's a good idea. The thing is, this would require heavy coding, PHP, SQL, and everything. It will have a CMS also. Now I'm not a coder, the only thing I've ever coded is a few flash movies, and I can in no way code this. I can however, design it with photoshop and stuff. The experts I talked to say I need a team of about 10 people to pull this off, and if I were to hire them, that would probably cost me about $12,000 if they took one year to make it. Well, I'm a minor, so this is out of the question for me. The only other thing I can do is what Kevin Rose did for digg. I will hope that there is a hardcore coder out there that can do this and I will give him part ownership in it (51-49%). This would mean he would share revenue and loss. Since it is my idea, and I will be designing, I would keep 51%. If you have any questions, IM me on vashp2029 on AIM or vashp2029@hotmail(dot)com

Well, I still have the idea for a new web service, and of all the people I've asked at least 95% thought it was a good idea, so I want to go through with it -- before someone else does. Since I don't have the skill to code this, I need someone else to do it. I have learned a bit, enough so someone can't pull something on me, and I also have a friend who knows this stuff well enough to look over the final product for mistakes and such. So what I'm offering is a percentage of ownership, since I can't afford to pay anyone since I'm a minor. How much ownership you ask? Well, I don't know I'd have to talk to you, but no more than 39%. This is a slightly larger project than MySpace, and if we market it right, it is definitely a high-return investment. So if you think you can do it, and you're up for it, IM me or PM me.
