Need Designer: Part Time Work

Yes this is Aaron Connelly again.
I have a nice list of programmers but I need just one or maybe two REALLY GOOD designers.

Requirements:
Photoshop master
Does not create the same kind of template every time.
Needs ability to create logos (will be extra money :thumbsup: )
Very good buttons, and icons ect...


Extras:
Multimedia


Payments:

Small Clients:
- $85.00 Base Payment
- $35.00 Per hour (Estimated Hours 8 Per day :eek: ) $280.00
- $50.00 For unique Logo
- Total Price: $365.00 - With logo: $415.00
- DownPayment: $85.00 Min - $150.00 Max. (depends on logo)

Large Clients:
- $250.00
- $50.00 (Estimated hours 8 Per day :eek: ) $400.00
- $95.00 For Unique Logo
- Total Price: $650.00 - With Logo: $745.00
- DownPayment: $250.00 Min - $400.00 (Depends on logo)

Just to say, you will not be required to work 8 hours a day on the project, this is just an estimated price for the client. They pay 8 Hours MIN, and more if needed.

You will be sent the DownPayment before start of work.
If work exceeds 8 hours client will be billed based on hourly rate.
If work exceeds 30 Hours per project hourly price will be reduced. This will prevent fruad.

Can i work for free/small fee?If you ask me why well i will now began do serious design work but i need to practice and make some refferences(i have only one customer site for showcase)so i need to make more sites which are not my.
