RSS Enclosures
http://www.internetnews.com/dev-news...le.php/3431901
I've got to do some more reading about RSS.. I've heard about it and get the basics, but I haven't actually used it (or needed to use it)... So RSS Enclosures are like attachments in emails, but are apart of RSS feeds. I wonder if viruses (or other security issues) could use this as a way to distribute themselves. Wondering if this sparks any discussion for anyone.. Sadiq. |
i don't actually get what they'll want to be syndicating? mp3s? big deal.
|
Well I was doing some more reading and it sounds like you can use an iPod (and probably other MP3 players with WiFi) to get music this way..
At least that's what I think I read... Sadiq. |
It's not the iPod which does it, it's iTunes.

Oh, thanks for the correction! I'm not too up-to-date with the whole iPod thing -- it's too pricey for me. So I haven't had a chance to play with one and see all of its capabilities.
Maybe after my next big raise... Sadiq. |
Heh... I only know because of my ranking at another forum as Apple Manic :p
