I know how to build basic sites my self but I will be needing to build
a fairly complex website with a database as part of it. It will be a trades site.

The basic idea of it will be to have for example a car for trade and to be able to have it where they will click on a make an offer button. Then that will present
the person with a form they can fill out and submit a offer for that car.

The form information I then want to have go to a online database that the administrator can log into from the internet and view the different offers for that car.

If it would somehow be possible it would be nice if it could be done to make it possible for the admin to reply back to the person right from the offer they are looking at.

I will probably design the main layout for the website but need the database portion of it designed.

Please forward two quotes one for the complete site / database done and one quote for just doing the database it's self.
