I run a dog website i only know the basic website designing, i need someone to make me a A to Z male and female dogs name dictionary, so members can fill information but i must have to allow it or disallow it because we know all you get the odd joker on the net

it be nice to have a top 20 popular names for male and female so members would need to able to vote

the width cant be any bigger then 590px
