Why not just hire someone? The likelihood you'll find a rockstar willing to shoulder the inherent risks new ventures always come with (despite all the best intentions, promised equity and generous profit sharing) is miniscule. However, if you pay a competitive rate, you'll have rockstars knocking down your door.

I certainly don't know a lot of coders who wear leather pants, play the guitar and do cocaine: but good luck in your search. :)
