How to Setup server for PERL
 

I am new to Perl.
I use NetBeans 7.2.1 IDE.I have Installed perl plugin and able to run console based programs.
Now I need to start Perl CGI.I have searched a lot.but not getting any idea about how to setup a server and run the project.
I use Apache Tomcat server for J2EE development.
Please tell me whether I can use the same server for Perl?

In NetBeans when I created a Perl project,there is not any provision to select server like that in creating a Java Web Application project.

Please help me by explaining about the IDE and Webserver for Perl/CGI programming.
