JS Script no longer working as intended

I was looking into the JS script for displaying a popunder on the parent site of CodingForums here : http://www.javascriptkit.com/script/...popunder.shtml

It looks like the popunder no longer renders with that script. Instead, we see a popup. Could someone help me on how this could be fixed?

Modern browsers have total control over pop ups. Working on this is futile. My browser wont let this show up either under it or over it. So there is no point in trying to get it to work. It does not have control.
