"Sign On"/"Add Your Name" Feature
 

Hello!

I know nothing about code/writing code, but I want to add a feature to my website...and I need some expertise.

I want to add a "sign on"/"add your name" feature to my wordpress.com site so that individuals can "sign on" to a document that I'm going to post. Then--ideally--their names would be featured publicly. This could be similar to change.org or avaaz.org platforms.

Is this possible on Wordpress?
