Program needed for blind child.
 

I'm looking for someone to create a simple program in either basic or turbo pascal.

requirements:

1. Program must be able to be executed from the command prompt.
2. computer is 64 bit system with windows 7.
3. Program must be able to play mp3 files based on which key is pressed on keyboard.
4. source code must be included for future additions of keys.
