Adding Search Functionality
 

I am very new to code. I have some experience with HTML and CSS, but not a whole lot.
I need help with my project im working on. I wanted to add Google search to my website.
I just needed a plain search bar, without Googles logo in it. I wanted it to where each time you enter a search, it won't redirect to Google, it will bring the search results on that page.
This may easy, but im kinda a noob at this so, please help me.
