Need help creating dashboard website!
 

Hello,

I am creating a youtube network in which we partner youtube channels.

We have our main website sorted out, however we need help creating a whole new website under a subdomain ( dashboard.exposurenetwork.net). Our partners will be able to login to this website and view their contract (PDF File), they're monthly views, Monthly earnings ect...Which will be connected to a database. (By pulling data from either youtube or social blade)
How can we do this?

Would anyone help us create this dashboard? (If not free, how much?)
