Avoid auto-run flash video ad on top of Codingforums page

Hi guys,

Sorry if this topic has been posted before,
but is there away for me to avoid auto-running the flash video on top whenever I start browsing a Codingforums' page?

I usually open several Codingforums pages at once from my mailbox (javascript, css, html, etc), thus running these videos would surely eat a lot of my ADSL bandwidth.

Yes, use an ad blocker (available for Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Opera, and Internet Explorer).

Didn't even think about using an ad blocker before.
