Reloaded page incorrectly reflows layout
 

Any help would be appreciated!

When I first view the page:

http://www.marques-property.com/index.php

The right hand column of the page is rendered as:

http://www.marques-property.com/index-initial.jpg

BUT when the page is reloaded it renders as:

http://www.marques-property.com/index-reload.jpg

What is causing this?

I've run out of ideas, could it be caused by the javascript already being loaded or a problem with the CSS.

i'm unable to duplicate the problem (chrome 23, FF 17). what browser are you checking with?
