Cannot find countdown timer in page to reset

I was asked to reset the timer on this wordpress page www.americanmudrace.com

I cant find where it is :( I see a countdown timer in the available widget area, AND a timer plugin, but cant find where the heck to edit it.

It does not look automatic. It's in <div id="countdown"> line 199.
