get data from oracle / mssql / mysql table and show output at html page

I hope it is correct thread...

My need is to get data from oracle / mssql / mysql table and show output at html table. I'm not familiar to java (got some experience in PL/SQL and basic html knowledge). Could someone direct me to manual or give me simple example?
