2 java scripts conflicting
 

im working on this annoying problem, http://www.eternaltattoo.com.au
wen a link is clicked a 2 second tattoo gun noise is meant to sound, but of coarse the page follows the link and navigates away from playing the sound. i have a javascript telling links to play the sound
i also have another script telling link to wait 2 seconds before following any clicks.
these 2 scripts work independantly, but not together. the trouble im having is im new to javascripts, so i know nothing. i have learnt that i may need to put the run command of one or both of the scripts in the body tag?
but, what is the run command, lol?
