Is it just me, or has activity on CF dropped, significantly?

i hardly ever see anything come through asp.net any more, asp has dropped too i think... as far as i can tell though the client side stuff remains active

ASP/ASP.NET forums I've always found fairly quiet overall. Ruby looks like it made it 2 feet from the gate before falling over dead.
We've just had a spam siege on our hands too, so methinks that contributed quite a bit as well.

We seemed to have reigned in said spam, so touch wood, it should pick up once more.

The JavaScript forums aren't nearly as busy as they used to be.

There's definitely been a crazy amount of spam recently, which probably leads to at the same time a decrease in legitimate forum posting.

It'll also make it so people coming only see spam in pretty much every forum when they first visit. That's not a good impression when that happens. Eventually people will start browsing again.
