Twitter bootstrap template needed
 

1) Project Details: I need a blank template made using twitter bootstrap. It must be 100% in width, 22% of which dedicated to a menu on the left hand side of the page. The right hand side will be a long page and will use twitters ScrollSpy to highlight the current section in the menu. I will need a placeholder for a navbar in the header and for the footer.

All of this can be done within an hour or two by a pro and five or six hours by a noob (I know, I've done it myself already - I just couldn't get the layout how I wanted it due to lack of experience).

Everything is made for you, just needs knowledge to set it all up right.
