Have you tried validating at all? That would be my first step.

excavator, I validated the issues i could find. the 3 errors for the validator have no consequence to the site. But now the issue is worse then i had it. the block header for each subject title is now all over the place.

You still use id="replies" more than once.

Of course it gets used more then once Its a wordpress theme not a single html site. as for the issue. I already fixed it myself.
