Web business needs programming partner. Happy to share specifics about the business to those who reply. This seems to be a natural development between business and technology professionals.

I would prefer to find someone who lives in the U.S. and who has the following skills:

Required Skills:
* Min of 3 years PHP development.
* MySQL
* Jquery
* Javascript.
* Must write clean code
* HTML
* PSD to HTML
* Good organizational and analytical skills.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.

I would also be interested to hear about programmers' experience in past or current partnerships. Has it worked out well? What were the major obstacles?
