A Startup People Want - Seeking PHP Programmer
 

Hi All,

We are a new start up and are looking for a solid PHP coder who is passionate about what he does and who wants to be part of something that will have a real impact on the internet. Our team currently consists of a marketer and web designer. All we need is the right coder to complete the team.

***All PSD designs have been created. We need them to be converted to HTML***

FYI: Compensation will be paid in equity. We will split it evenly among the team of 3 (possibly 4 if necessary).

This opportunity is not for everybody, but rest assured it is a solid opportunity. We have shared the idea with a few people already and everyone absolutely loves the idea.

We will be an open book and will disclose everything about this start up should you decide to learn more. Please bear in mind that this opportunity is only for US coders. I apologize if this excludes you, but we have it setup this way for legal reasons.

What we are looking for:

The developer has to be a team player and bring insight and innovation to the team. We work as a team and make decisions as a group. It would be great if you are a fan of The Lean Startup.

Project Description:
* I cannot reveal all of the details here for obvious reasons, but rest assured it is not another Facebook, Google+, Foursquare, Myspace, etc. We are doing something unique with a focus on simplicity.

Required Skills:
* Min of 3 years PHP development.
* MySQL
* Jquery
* JavaScript.
* Must write clean code
* HTML
* PSD to HTML
* Good organizational and analytical skills.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
