AXE's catch phrase is along that lines.
This particular "ad" (assuming it actually is), is far more derogatory IMO. In short it pretty much says if you can read programming code, you need a girlfriend. At least that's what I interpret of it. Perhaps a better replacement would be gets(the.girl);.

I was thinking this was kind of insult to programmers.
Like we need to get girlfriend if we can code, because programmers stereotype is alone living nerd(?)

Look at the complexity of their website: http://www.axe.ca/
Surely they had to get a programmer to do some work on there. None of their programmers took offense to this ad?

(I'm not at all serious with this, a paying job is a paying job.)
