Bit By Bit Coder
 

Hey, basically i wanna start a new project, but I'm not the best at coding, i can do html, css & basic php but not enough to get my project off the ground, so I'm looking for a bit by bit coder, basically someone who i can pay for doing parts of the site, like 1 day i could pay for the login system, 2 days later a messaging system ect ect.

The reason i am doing it this way is because i never know how much money I'm gonna have in a set week, as the job I'm in doesn't always guarantee what hours i do, and when i do get some hours there a bit hard to work with.

I am looking for someone with good experience, someone who knows a lot about multiple coding platforms and has a good track record, with checkable past employers.

The type of site i'm doing is a betting site, so i'll need someone who can do blackjack scripts and other such things ( please note the site will all be text based, so it won't be any fancy java blackjack ect, just a normal easy text based one ).
