How to remove coding? get past a block on account
 

I will try to make this a succinct as possible: basically, a great injustice has been committed against me and in order for me to continue with my education, I need to be able to provide an essential document. I have been struggling for the past few months trying to deal with this in a conventional way, but the people on the other end are just cruel and exploitative. If you know how to access secured networks, or remove the coding that creates a block on a webpage please help me. I am seriously in desperate need of aid. If you can do it I am seriously willing to pay you esp because I was going to have to pay 7000 anyways which I only have 3000 of and I really have no need for most of it.
