Moving Roulette Wheel?
 

Hello,

I'm working on a new website where I'd like to have a page dedicated to the casino in the game. As you'd imagine, you can play roulette, this is not for any real-life money, instead, the in-game money.

I'd like to have the top banner image to be have a roulette wheel on a 45 degree or so angle only showing half and the wheel is spinning with the ball on looping.

I don't have a clue where to start, I've even looked to buy a flash roulette wheel, however, these aren't done nicely and don't look the part...

I wouldn't use an animated header but that's just me. However here is where you can start if you don't have the time to build it yourself.
