Paid Job - menu image needs to be coded
 

Hello, im looking for someone to do the following for me.

1) Project Details:

I created a top header menu is Photoshop and need someone to code it into css. One of the images in the header needs a drop down menu.
The top header menu needs to be in a fixed position and when you scroll down the page the whole menu will fade.

2) Payment method: Paypal

Is that possible using only CSS?
Maybe you need javascript to detect page Y-Offset and tell menu to fade out.
