1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): I am in need of a whole clan website. It must contain a admin panel, forum, chatbox, the ability to grant certain admin powers to different ranks. The site must also be mostly based on a call of duty:mw3. It must also have the ability to post a application. A good example of what i want is clanfod.com/ps3/forum.php. i want alot of the features and abilities that they have.
