The work is in a basic joomla site.

Here are the things need to be done:

The user needs to login or register

Then We need to verify the login works.

Then once user is verified, he will fill a form.

And that form will be emailed to the site admin

Please pm me with how much you know php and mysql, how many hours this will take and also if you know asp.net (optional)

User registration is already enabled in Joomla. So are you just wanting the form made that gets sent to the admin? Even the form itself can be done through the Joomla admin area.
