Not sure if anyone has followed this for the last couple of weeks but it is pretty interesting. It is bad for the employees at peoplesoft if the takeover goes through but that is buisness. I was not aware that Oracle was the #2 in software. At the end of the article the author talks about the 2 different routes MS and Oracle are going to take to be #1. :

Which plan will make their company #1? Or do you think there is a better plan?

Personally because of MS Office I think MS will always be #1.
