Need to Finish Website
 

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): We have been working with another company who handed us our project back incomplete. The site is a music industry tool, with Profile pages, music uploads, downloads, touring, live streaming, accounting, etc. It was designed in php and mysql.

2) Payment Amount: Open...this may take time to complete. We are wanting to pay weekly, as work is submitted.

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): Paypal or Check. As work is submitted.

4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders): We have been "burned" recently and would like to work with someone on a personal level. We would need to meet and interview applicant, so, since we are in Texas, we are looking for someone in Texas. Preferably Dallas/Ft Worth or Austin.

Are you planning to use anything that was coded by the people who burned you? What condition is that code in? Not to put too fine a point on it-- is it maintainable or documented at all, or is it impossibly messy/unorganized?
