Easy layout change and code cleanup
1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible): I need a background picture to expand the page beneath the header ona pages. I also need my content to be aligned over an image on one page. Simple coding. Code just needs to be cleaned up a little.
2) Payment Amount: $10-$20
3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): Paypal. Should be easy enough to finish within a day or two. No real deadline but would like to be done in max 3 days.
4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders): PM or post on the thread. I have more details and a photo mock up. General design and layout are already done and coded, just need those two things finished.
