phpMyAdmin / login web page help
 

1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible):

I would like a form that once filled out will give login details to a page that can only be accessed by logging in.

So basically someone will fill out information like name, company, email address and password, then they can go to a login page, once they login in they will have access to the information page.

I have tried to set up a database using phpMyAdmin, Dreamweaver CS5 and Yahoo web hosting, but I keep getting an error that I can't figure out. I have run out of time, and I am now ready for someone to do it for me or at least walk me through the steps and help me with my errors.

If someone can help please contact me with cost as I am not sure how much time this would take someone.
