Forum Functions Needed
 

I am looking to create forum based website where members come and post sports bets.

After a member posts a bet, other members post replies saying they would accept that bet.

The better who originaly posted the bet, then has the option to pick one of the members who replied to the bet.

Once the better has chosen his oppenent, both of them are given the options to pick, I WON or I LOST. If both option correlate(one member picks I WON, the othe I LOST) the bet Details are submitted into a database.

this is just the overview of what the site functions would be. There is more little detail also such as, the losing member is told to transfer thier bet amount to the winner and so on.
