Special Clock and Calendar - 'Project Time-machine'

1) Project Details: I need someone to build me an electronic clock and calendar.

Analogue clock with no second hand.
Calander: Day(1 – 31), Month (1 – 12), Year (1900 – 2200)

My intention is to display it on a full computer screen and to then project it.

Embeddable on my website.

Displays the information in clear numbers.

Can be set to start from any Y,M,D,H,M via a simple to use interface
Can be set to end at any Y,M,D
Stops automatically at the end Y,M,D (makes a sound as it does)

And . . .

Can be manipulated to run at various speeds;

From 1x (real time) to 1,050,000x

(1x) - The clock takes 1 minute to complete 1 minute of real time
(60x) - The clock takes 1 minute to complete 1 hour of real time
(1,440x) - The clock takes 1 minute to complete 24 hours of real time
(43,800x) - The clock takes 1 minute to complete 1 month of real time
(525,000x) - The clock takes 1 minute to complete 1 year of real time
(1,050,000x) - The clock takes 1 minute to complete 2 years of real time

Can be paused and restarted manually by the click of an onscreen button at any point during its progress.
Can be set to pause automatically at up to ten predefined intermediate dates (makes a sound each time) and can be restarted each time manually.
Can be stopped by the click of an onscreen button.
Can be reset easily.

Shows time elapsed (in years) since the start date.
Shows time remaining (in years) to the end date

2) Payment Amount: To be agreed upon.

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): To be agreed upon

4) Additional Info: Please ask anything you need to. I will post my answers online. Let me know if you are interested in taking on this project.

Thanks
