That's pretty clearly set out and very interesting.

I could be interested but unfortunately the budget doesn't even cover the server costs for the requirements as described, let alone the costs of building the system, training, updates, hosting or management.

I shall monitor this thread to be aware of any updates that you may post.

Looks pretty good. On the last line of the home page body text, the word 'ISland should be 'Island' I think? ;)
