RFP for development & design of New Website
 

The Pennsylvania Land Trust Association (PALTA) seeks to hire a contractor or contractors to complete (1) graphic design and (2) development of website infrastructure for a new website, ConservationTools.org. PALTA intends to select a contractor or contractors from among candidates responding to this Request for Proposals.

ConservationTools.org is intended to help local governments and nonprofit organizations in Pennsylvania to easily identify and pursue conservation tools suited to their needs and capabilities. Secondary users will be state agencies and private individuals.

RFP specifications and sample templates are available at http://conserveland.org/features/ConTools_rfp. We are strongly considering a Drupal-based site though other platforms will be considered if contractor can provide strong argument.
