I'm looking to start an incentive website:

How it will work:

• People sign up
  Everyone has their own referral link, and they are benefited for each referral
  There will be a list of affiliate links we'll have available, a "money back" section, and the offers will be separated from "CC required" and "No CC Required" offers
  A forum / probably SMF, phpbb is not great software
  People will be paid by paypal, check, stormpay, egold, alert pay
  We'll manually verify each and every offer completed

And more!

That's the nuts & bolts, but we could go many directions, perhaps a gimmick? That's what treasuretrooper does, but that's only to create uniqueness, and isn't really necessary in order to succeed. We would receive our money, before paying people, and so we won't get screwed by any questionable affiliates.

I'll pay for hosting/domain, and we can either: Use a script, or custom made, you choose.

Offer: You would take care of the technical aspects, you will receive 50% of all profits generated, and this is how this website would work.

I'm good at SEO, I'll bring in the traffic, I just need to get the show on the road :D
