    Your best bet is to use and cycle through multiple different proxies to avoid the YouTube recaptcha. So you purchase some proxy IPs from a provider like this one, load the proxies into a database table, and then cycle through each proxy in the table for each new conversion request. And to ensure that each proxy is used equally, you increment the 'usage count' in the database table for each proxy IP as it's used. So when your code is cycling through proxy IPs in the db table, it always finds the proxy IP that has been used the least number of times and uses that IP for the next conversion request.

    1) Please check that the _FFMPEG constant value in config.class.php points to the correct location of the FFmpeg binary on your Linux server.
    2) Please ensure that all relevant directories and files are chmod to 0777
    3) Please check your videos directory. Are there video files in the directory? If so, are the video files playable? Are the videos fully downloaded? Are the videos 0 kb in length?
    4) Please check your logs directory for FFmpeg log files. Are there any log files in the directory? If so, please copy and paste the contents of a log file that corresponds to a failed conversion. (There should be errors in the log file.)

    Please see this post: YouTube-to-MP3 conversion - PHP class and script

    You need to use and rotate multiple proxies to get around this issue. I have programmed solutions for this issue before, on a per-client basis.

    I have not yet included a "proxy integration" feature in any version of my script. However, this feature is on my "To Do" list (among other things). I don't know exactly when this specific functionality will be implemented, but I will do the best that I can!

    Edit: It should also be noted that not everyone gets this captcha. In my experience, there is no magic number of site visitors that triggers the YouTube Recaptcha, and you may not get it at all. YouTube/Google is inconsistent in this way. That said, this does not mean that the issue can't or shouldn't be addressed. I'm simply providing further clarification about the nature of the issue.

    multiple proxies its not good solutions. becouse a proxies have a slow speed, and download will take much time. Recaptcha dependense in ip or network? maybe to rotate real IP's in curl curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_INTERFACE, "$ip"); on same network?

    could you please paste here curl rules for real, maximum browser emulate with session and cookies enabled. proxies is to slow. why not to use tor?

    Downloading via proxy will always be slower than downloading without a proxy. This is because you are adding to the number of nodes that must be traversed for a given request. But you can minimize this difference to the point that it is almost negligible by ideally:

    1) Choosing proxies that are geographically very near to your web server. Ideally, the proxy server would be sitting right next to the web server in the same data center.
    2) You are the only person using the proxy server, and you are not using it for anything more than proxy requests.
    3) Your proxy server is not a virtual server running on a physical server that is hosting other virtual proxy instances (that you don't operate).
    4) Spread out your requests to multiple, numerous proxies instead of only having a couple of proxies, for example.
    5) The proxy server(s) should be running with modest CPU load averages and comparable network bandwidth and connection speeds (to your web server).

    In general, if you can accomplish the majority of these things, then the difference in download speed will be relatively minor and will probably not even be noticeable to your site users.

    Tor is a nice proxy network because it is big, global, and free. But it is also notoriously slow. So I would not use Tor to avoid the YouTube captcha. (However, you might leverage Tor to download videos "blocked" in your server's country -- if you don't mind the slower download speed for converting these particular videos.)

    Instead, you can purchase proxy IPs from one of a number of providers out there. A Google search will yield some possible providers. Do not use free proxy IPs. You are sharing those proxies with the rest of the world, and they get banned quickly by popular sites (like YouTube).

    To use a proxy with cURL, generally you want to use something like the following in your PHP cURL request (where 208.67.222.222 is an example proxy IP):

    PHP Code:
    curl_setopt($chCURLOPT_INTERFACE'208.67.222.222');
    curl_setopt($chCURLOPT_USERAGENT'');
    curl_setopt($chCURLOPT_REFERER'');
    curl_setopt($chCURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEERFALSE);
    curl_setopt($chCURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYHOSTFALSE);
    or

    PHP Code:
    curl_setopt($chCURLOPT_PROXY'208.67.222.222');
    curl_setopt($chCURLOPT_USERAGENT'');
    curl_setopt($chCURLOPT_REFERER'');
    curl_setopt($chCURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEERFALSE);
    curl_setopt($chCURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYHOSTFALSE);
    The specific implementation (cURL options and values set) will depend on the type of proxy that you are using. Please see the various proxy-related cURL options available here.
    Regards, R.J.

    Thanks,
    I have few IP's on my server and i can change it in
    $target = rand(1, 3);
    if ($target==1){
    $ip="xx.xx.xx.xx1";
    }elseif ($target==2){
    $ip="xx.xx.xx.xx2";
    }elseif ($target==3){
    $ip="xx.xx.xx.xx3";
    }
    curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_INTERFACE, '$ip');

    but utube limit the network and not a ip, so i must sometime to rfresh the converting page to get connection, because utube request captcha from time to time, and from one ip in one session u get a captcha , and after few seconds u didnt, so is it posible to do auto refresh page if u get a captcha, till the time u didnt? may be it will sample and fast solution, few ips for dedicated server cost lower then dedicated proxy, and faster then proxy.

    Just tried to use a TOR :
    //curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_PROXYTYPE, CURLPROXY_SOCKS5);
    //curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_PROXY, '127.0.0.1:9050');
    and its work slow, about a contry u can configur ur tor :
    ExitNodes {DE}
    CircuitBuildTimeout 5
    KeepalivePeriod 60
    NewCircuitPeriod 15
    #StrictNodes 1

    where is ExitNodes (external ip will german like your server) maximum optimized setting, but still slow.

    Hi

    For some unknown reasons, the auto-update doesn't work properly on my servers, I see software.xml file has 0kb file size, do you know what's wrong?

    Thanks
