You're basically asking "How does PHP work?" Which is well answered in numerous web articles. Start with

    http://us3.php.net/manual/en/faq.general.php

    and then

    http://us3.php.net/manual/en/tutorial.forms.php

When you get a handle on all of that, you can begin to code what you described.

I understand it perfectly, I just don't know how to put it all together? I know how to put text from DB in textarea, but I can't imagine onchane event, what happens there, that my database searces for some entries? Can onchange contain some php functions? If yes, than I can make a function that opens my database, and displays the results which I want, and I will just enter that function in textarea? --- don't know if it'll work --- It also can be done with switches but this variant I'm leaving last.
