    Just escape out of the PHP tags and insert the JavaScript code where you want it to appear, it's as simple as that. Because anything outside the <?php ?> tags acts as standard html you can easily insert normal html, javascript, stylesheet elements etc.

    PHP Code:
    // close the php tag - everything after this is standard html
    ?>
    <table border="0" cellpadding="0">
    .
    .
    .
    <p align="center"><font face="arial" size="-2">This free script provided by</font><br>
    <font face="arial, helvetica" size="-2"><a href="http://javascriptkit.com">JavaScript
    Kit</a></font></p>
    <?php
    // open the tag again if you need to insert more php code here
