I have got this as my code:
PHP Code:
    if (isset($_GET['success']) === true && empty($_GET['success']) === true) {
'You\'ve been registered successfully! Please check your email to activate your account.';
But however I want it so it doesn't show the form when it has success.
And also want it to show the form when it has no ending on, does anyone know?

Here's the form if that helps
			First Name:
			<input type="text" name="first_name" id="first_name" value="<?php echo $user_data['first_name']; ?>" style="width: 200px;"/><br/><br/>
			Last Name:
			<input type="text" name="last_name" id="last_name" value="<?php echo $user_data['last_name']; ?>" style="width: 200px;"/><br/><br/>
			Subscribe to email promotions:
			<input type="checkbox" value="1" id="sub" name="sub" <?php if ($user_data['allow_email'] == 1) { ?>checked <?php } ?>><br/><br/>
			Password<font color="red">*</font>:
			<input type="password" name="password" id="password" placeholder="Password" style="width: 430px;"><br/></br>
			<input type="submit" name="submit" value="Update" class="submit-button">
