OK on my site, I want to do it so when a link is clicked, the text is replaced by something else instead of loading an entire new page. anyone know how?

Can you be a bit more specific? Maybe a link to a site where thy do something like that?

Do you mean like showing a div when a link is clicked?

sounds like a client side scripting question to me!!! if I understand you correctly you need to use the document object model (DOM) that is available to IE (maybe some other browsers also). Are you looking for elements to be hidden then viewable when something is clicked.

The other option is using frames.... but that does include loading.

Please explain a little more so I can give you a better answer!
