    You're using Dreamhost, aren't you?

    If you don't need wp installed on either domain, delete it from both. Who knows, maybe that's somehow causing the problem.

    So you serve the same domain and page regardless of what domain is incoming then you're saying?

    Use .htaccess to add the SetEnvIf. Retrieve it from PHP's $_SERVER superglobal.
    PHP Code:
    header('HTTP/1.1 420 Enhance Your Calm');

    Yep!!! except I don't know what 'SetEnvIf' is. I get the 'HTTP_HOST' name then process it.

    2. Use login codes so I have the following headers:

    header("Cache-Control: must-revalidate, post-check=0, pre-check=0");
    header("Cache-Control: private no-cache");

    3. Placed the following in htaccess file:

    ### Apply a Cache-Control header to index.php
    <Files index.php>
    Header append Cache-Control "public, must-revalidate"
    </Files>

    And I implemented PRAGMA no-chache metatag

    Do you think 2 & 3 collide? Forcing server to revalidate twice?

    I wouldn't worry about cache settings. I've never had one block another, and I know way back in the day you had to set like a half dozen to cover all the browsers.
    Code:
    SetEnvIf Host ^host.com$ DOMAIN=host
    I think that would do it. Set one for each relevant, then use PHP's $_SERVER in combination with either code to determine which scripts to process or as a part of the css itself to determine what css to serve.
    PHP Code:
    header('HTTP/1.1 420 Enhance Your Calm');
