How make a list in a certain order

I have a php page that lists all the addresses in my database (oracle). I have the list in alphabetical order by street_name. I also want them listed in order of house_number.
    example:

    1234 mack
    1235 mack
    1236 mack
    1234 nice
    1235 nice

Basically I need a way to have the list be in order of street_name and then organize the list even further by order of house_number.

    SELECT HOUSE_NO, STREET_NAME, APT_NO
    FROM DOG_HEADER
    ORDER BY STREET_NAME

    Try something like

    SELECT HOUSE_NO, STREET_NAME, APT_NO
    FROM DOG_HEADER
    ORDER BY STREET_NAME, HOUSE_NO

Although this is more of an SQL forum thing
