I really don't know whether or not to take this post seriously

Not only is it full of basic grammer errors (ok, thats forgiveable normally but keep reading) but you then go on to show a fundamental failure in any sort of understanding of the http process itself. Not just that but you then claim you're posting PHP code and supply nothing but html

You claim you want to upload a file from one url and send it to show.php and then in your form action, you're sending it to a page called center.html? - which no doubt has no php code inside it at all.

Nothing about your post really makes much sense if I'm honest

Look, I apologise if I have offended you but there is no way I could know about your issues. You clearly stated you were posting php code and then posted html along with a few other blunders. We see a fair amount of this and its usually people who prefer netspeak and don't want to learn things properly so come here to palm the job off on someone else. I'm not saying thats the case with you but that was certainly how it looked.

I think the best thing for you to do is to look at this link on php.net:
    http://www.php.net/manual/en/features.file-upload.php

It will show you some sample codes on how to deal with file uploads.

You MUST change your form action url though. There is no point wanting it to submit to show.php and then using djcenter.html as the action - you must change that.
