How can I make a user registration page ?

Im looking the easy way to make a member registration page. Im dont need to have members on my website, but I need something similar..
I hope I can explain here:

I have a laundry service website were customers can " place an order / request a laundry pickup" online, were they have to fill a form with: Name: Address: phone: email: and message:

    Everything works fine...

But I want to have a option were my customers don't have to fill up the form every time they come back to request a new service..

I want to have the option were my customers can register an account one time with their information phone and address, and every time they come back they just have to login and and press a " request a service" .. I dont really care how their information is stored .. I just need to get the request for service on my inbox with their name address phone email and any notes they want to send me if is possible..

    Something like this:

First time customer come to my website after reading all the information decide to place a order and fill up the form to request for service.

Same customer like our service, is very happy and comes back next week for another service for the second time , but this time this customer wants to register a membership to be more easy requesting a service every-time comes back.

1= User Register a new account with: NAME, PHONE#, EMAIL, HOME ADDRESS

2= User come next time service and log-in using his/her user name

3= User press a " request my service" button (write notes if any) and log-out

User don't need to fill up any forms or information because their account will already have all information stored during registration.

4= I get the service request by email with: Name , address, email, phone, and any notes left by customer..

No hassles that have put customers off on filling up forms every time they request a service. One time registration, end of headaches for me and for them..

( I dont need a password, I need something easy for my customers, just a user name will be fine)

How can this be possible ?

At this time I have to create a custom form with a user name for every customer.. Its a nightmare !!

Is there a free PHP SQL that can do this..? I dont know PHP and any type of programing.. I just play with HTML and copy and paste some scripts.. Please help

I don't think that there is a free script that can do exactly that. But, you can use something like OpenCart or any other ecommerce software and customize it or just hire a PHP programmer to make something as simple as you have described. It wouldn't take a minute.
You can post it on the Jobs Forum here -- http://www.codingforums.com/web-projects/

How this will be possible with a ecomerce software..?
I do understand the part where the user can press an "place an order " button and I will get the order somewhere, maybe on my email .. But were I can get the address and information from them..? Do I will have to login on the eCommerce account in order to find their address..? How will I get the order with their address on my email..? Or were do I have to go to pull out the address from the account.. Sorry I have never used a ecomerce before.. Is there any eCommerce software easy to install on cPanel by the hosting company..?

I suggested the Ecommerce software because it is free - you said that you wanted something free. But it will be a lot of work to implement and you might need a programmer eventually and even in that case, it will come with a lot of bloatware(i.e features that you don't need).

This requires a Login, session management, database and a script to join all of them.

Since you don't know any PHP, my 2 cents is get a programmer(around $50 - $70 will get that done) or get a CMS(Wordpress, Opencart any will get it done if used by the right person) and start messing around with it(but remember, bloatware and they are not very easy to implement for beginers.

Im looking the easy way to make a member registration on my website, to place order for service every time they come back for service just with a click of a button.

I have a laundry service website right now were customers can " place an order / request a laundry pickup" But they have to fill a form with: Name: Address: phone: email: every time the come back to order a service.
This is OK, but I dont like because is too much trouble for them.

I want to have a option were my customers don't have to fill up the form every time they come back to request a new service..

I want to have the option were my customers can register an account one time only, with their information phone and address, And every time they come back to my website they just have to login and and press a " request a service" button because all their information will be there.. I dont really care how their information is stored .. I just need to get the "request for service" on my inbox with their name address phone email and any notes they want to send me if is possible..

I need every customer that comes back to my site, be able to login , and after they login they will see a button that say" request a service" they will press the button and log out.. I will get their request for service by mail with their address phone number because they are already a member

    ===== SOMETHING LIKE THIS ====

If a customer keeps coming back for service , and deside to register a membership to be more easy requesting a service every-time comes back.

1= Register a new account with: NAME, PHONE#, EMAIL, HOME ADDRESS

2= Every time hi comes back has to login

3= After login will be able to see his account and a " request my service" button were hi can press to request a service. Maybe a small text box for send me any notes will be nice. Don't need to fill up any forms address or information because their account will already have all information stored during registration.

4= What is important.. I will need to get the service request by email with their: Name , address, email, phone, and any notes left by customer.. I dont want to go to the server to check his address and contact info.. I need to get his entire information when hi press the " request a service" button..

No hassles on filling up forms every time they request a service. One time registration, end of headaches for me and for them..

( I dont really need a user name and password for them, I need something easy for my customers, just a user name will be fine for them to login)

How can this be possible ?

Is there a website that can probide this type of service for a low price.. Or it can be done by PHP SQL in my own website..?

Someone told me that with OpenCart this option in my site will be possible.. But after playing with OpenCart for weeks , I dont see the way to implement this.. The customer have to press "buy now" button and that a "Checkout" button than they have to pass by the shipping confirmation and a lot of other stuff that I don't need..

    I only need 3 steps..

Login , press a button, and logout..

Can someone help me with any information.. or can someone do this in here for me ..?

Do you want them to sign up online or when they come into your business?

I have a laundry service website right now were customers can " place an order / request a laundry pickup" But they have to fill a form with: Name: Address: phone: email: every time the come back to order a service.
Just save the form entries to a database and give them a registration number like you would a laundry number and email to them when they register. No login required
they can make a request for new services by using their registration number.(note this is a registration number, NOT a registration id used for db relations) The number can be complied from datetime and number of of signups for that day. So 2014030715 would be the 15th person to signup on this date 2014.03.07. You would want to add
extra numeric identifiers and a random string to it also so only the number owner would be allowd to make changes.
