Named Anchor to new PHP page Doesn't Work

    Major newbee here.
I have the job of inheriting the updating of an existing website that is in PHP.
I have updated numerous pages over and over again but now have encountered a problem. It has to do with a named anchor to a different page section (Not sure if this link ever worked). All other named anchors on other pages work just fine just not this one and I cannot figure out what is wrong. I have even copied code from another page anchor that worked to this page and it will not work.
The message that keeps popping up:
    Not Found
The requested URL /community/support/ was not found on this server.

    Code used is as follows:
    <a href="support/#volunteers" title="Volunteers"><img src="../assets/volunteer.jpg" width="270" height="150" class="spc" /></a>

Let me know if more info is needed.
    Thanks in advance.

    Fixed

Added the forward slash / to the front of the link name and it's fixed.
